I seem to have a conflict between Office 365 and my antivirus (Trend Micro Worry Free Business Services). First, none of my Office applications will open, and I get the 'Something Went Wrong' message. If I shut down the antivirus, Office Apps will open normally, even after I restart antivirus, but some time later it will happen again.

It locked up in Micrósoft/Installer which can be where McAfee stated it kept getting three Trojans,ZéroAccess.ee, ZeroAccess.éh and Generic.dx. I finished the check, however, now at boot-up, Windows states it determined a problem and will need to restart in one moment.

I found out that when l tured off McAfée, it had been just for 15 mins, hence, it has been stillrunning when MSE had been running its scan. Right now all McAfee services are close off, but the issue persists.

I assume the two programs are usually in conflict. The one minute message that the pc will end up being restarted comes on in Safe Mode as properly. I did a program restore(Windows vista), and still have got the issue.
